Therefore, we also give Jobote a free job position. We have verified that people who have come to the recommendation stay with us longer. This is very important in today’s pulsating time.
We use Jobote as the main tool for referring employees and monitoring payouts. We consider the recommendations as an important source of candidates and at the same time, we are glad that our employees can bring their friends to the team, which they work well with. At Jobote, among other things, we like the up-to-date list of vacancies to which the candidates can be recommended. We are very pleased that 14% of the arrivals in 2018 were just new colleagues who were recommended by our employees.
We are very satisfied with Jobote. Over the last year, we got 158 candidates and 65 of them were hired. At Jobote we appreciate clear statistics and the possibility of setting up a company-wide competition, thanks to which our colleagues monitor how they are doing every month. It is great that we have referrals in one place. We have now completed and evaluated a special three-month event to support the recruitment of senior IT colleagues. Thanks to Jobote and the active colleagues who recommend, we now have 6 new senior IT specialists. This is a great success for us.
